Job Title: Recruitment Trainee - Fresher
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Fresher (Graduate)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about learning and growing in the field of recruitment and human resources. You will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
- Learn and apply recruitment tools, systems, and techniques.
- Support HR activities like onboarding, documentation, and candidate follow-up.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
