Job Description
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Will be involved in the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Will be responsible for volume and lateral hiring
- Should be able to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.
- Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.
- Excellent sourcing skills using various channels e.g, Linkedin, Networking Sites, Campus Hiring, Headhunting, Portals, Referrals, Vendors etc
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting.
- Responsible for Recruitment Reports, such as Capacity Utilization, Hit Ratio, Cost Analysis, etc
- Should have worked on lateral and leadership positions High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures
- Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse team
- Flexibility to work in extended shifts/ weekends.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
