Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join CareerLink Network as Referral Support Intern. This is a remote internship opportunity designed for students who are interested in recruitment, networking, and supporting others in their job search journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and shortlist suitable candidate profiles for referral opportunities.

Reach out to professionals on platforms like LinkedIn to request and manage referrals.

Maintain an organized database of candidates and their referral status.

Support candidates with resume formatting and referral-readiness (if needed).

Follow up regularly to ensure smooth communication between candidates and referrers.
