Job Role: -

· Regional Sales manager oversee the work of other managers and control and organise corporate operations over a given geographical area. Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in a given region.

· Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet regional business objectives

· Setting sales targets and monitoring performance against goals

· Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in the region

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

· Managing a team of sales representatives and providing coaching and support as necessary

· Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends

· Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth business

Responsibilities

· Operations :

· Preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers

· Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers

· Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints

· Providing regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
