Role Description

MedLiva is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Bengaluru for full-time home care services. The nurse will provide expert care in a home setting, with options for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts based on client needs. Responsibilities include skilled nursing care, patient care coordination, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing and patient care during 12-hour or 24-hour home care shifts
  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  • Implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery
  • Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and the team
  • Exercise critical thinking and attention to detail in all care procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Skilled Nursing and Patient Care
  • Expertise in Medication Administration and Vital Signs Monitoring
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Healthcare Team
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Critical Thinking Abilities
  • Active RN License in Karnataka (required)
  • Experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (required)
