We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and will be responsible for preparing dossiers for NAfdac, solving CTD (Common Technical Document)-related queries, and conducting detailed artwork checks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dossier Preparation: Prepare and submit high-quality regulatory dossiers for NAfdac, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- CTD Queries: Address and resolve queries related to the Common Technical Document (CTD), ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Artwork Checks: Conduct thorough checks of packaging and labeling artwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and requirements, and ensure that all submissions comply with current regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized regulatory documentation, including submission records, correspondence, and approval certificates.
