Job Description
We are hiring for Relationship Executive - Credit Card Sales!
Roles And Duties:
- Promote and sell credit cards.
- Approach customers directly, providing information about credit card products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with application forms and document verification.
- Stay updated with product features, benefits, and offers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Freshers.
- Languages Required: English and Kannada/Hindi
- Age Limit:
- Male: 21 to 33 years
- Female: 22 to 26 years

Bangalore, Hubli, Hassan, Dharwad, Mangalore, Mysore, Mandya

Key Responsibilities:
1. Credit Card Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential customers for credit card sales through field visits, tele-calling, and referrals.
- Educate customers about various credit card products, features, and benefits.
- Assist customers in filling out applications and ensuring eligibility requirements are met.
2. Lead Generation & Market Expansion:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and corporate tie-ups.
- Develop strategies to expand customer base and increase credit card penetration.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and sales campaigns.
3. Relationship Building & Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Address customer queries and assist with application status, credit limits, and card benefits.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected and verified as per bank guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and follow-ups.
- Adhere to banking and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
5. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales.
