Responsibilities:

Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support the sales team in identifying and onboarding new clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and issues.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients.

Preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Administrative support to the sales team as needed.
