Job Description
Job role: Credit card sales for walk in customer in bank, malls or petrol bunk
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
-
Actively engage with walk-in customers at the bank, mall, or petrol bunk, and build strong, trust-based relationships with potential and existing clients.

Provide personalized consultations to help customers understand the benefits of credit cards, eligibility criteria, and various features.

Create awareness about the bank's range of credit card offerings, including benefits, rewards, offers, and payment options.

Answer customer queries and address concerns to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Sales and Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets related to new credit card sign-ups and product conversions.

Work closely with the sales team to strategize and achieve individual and team goals.

Conduct product demonstrations, explain terms and conditions, and effectively close sales by encouraging walk-in customers to apply for credit cards.

Upsell or cross-sell additional bank products such as loans, insurance, etc., based on customer needs.

Application Processing:

Assist customers in completing credit card application forms and collecting necessary documents.

Ensure that all customer documentation is complete and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Submit applications to the bank's internal systems and follow up on the approval process.

Customer Retention:

Maintain a strong customer database and follow up with potential leads to convert them into clients.

Conduct post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction, provide updates on the application process, and address any concerns post-approval.

Resolve issues or complaints related to credit card applications, services, or usage.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends in credit card services to identify new opportunities or promotions.

Gather feedback from customers to relay to the marketing or product development teams for future product improvements.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all sales and operations follow the bank’s compliance guidelines and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback for senior management.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Product Knowledge and Training:
