Job Title: Relationship Manager

JOB LOCATION: NEELANGARAI, CHENNAI

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute relationship management plans to meet client needs and goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and emails

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services

- Provide timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns

- Monitor client satisfaction and implement corrective actions as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance client relationships

- Meet and exceed client retention and revenue growth targets

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity

- Develop and deliver client reports and presentations as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a related role

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Industry-specific knowledge and certifications (e.g., financial services, healthcare) an advantage
