Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves sales, client servicing, and business development across various industries such as banking, finance, insurance, hospitality, or corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide customized solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to address concerns and offer proactive solutions.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Promote company products/services and cross-sell relevant offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Customer Support & Problem-Solving
- Address client issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide guidance on product usage, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market insights.
