Job Description

Looking for a candidate with sales background in Real Estate Firm , Role is to do cold calling and leads to find prospect clients and to achieve the Sales Revenue as per the given Sales Target are met monthly . Salary is fixed with exciting money growing incentives to make double times of the salary only based on performance. Tuesday to Friday working is in Andheri East and Saturday and Sunday will be at site in Thane region .

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate sector.

Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.

Provide strategic advice and solutions tailored to client needs.

Manage client portfolios and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues.

Track market trends and leverage insights to benefit clients.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful client relationship management.

Strong understanding of the real estate market and its trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
