Profile: Relationship Officer
Experience: 1Years- 3 Years
Preferred candidates from Loan, Banking and Finance only.

Qualifications: Graduation (Any Discipline)
Income: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month+ Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and problems.

Monitor and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feedback.
