Job Description
We are looking to hire for a Relationship Officer / Sr. Relationship officer in Gorakhpur to handle Loan disbursement and payment collection.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with Gorakhpur customers effectively.
Job Title: Relationship Officer / Sr. Relationship officer
Job Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers and provide the group loan.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and update the system regularly.
- Follow up with Gorakhpur clients to ensure timely payments.
- Address customer queries regarding payments professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates from Gorakhpur, can apply this job.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and Organizational Skills:

Ability to assess client needs, interpret data, and deliver appropriate recommendations.

Well-organized with the ability to multitask and manage a large client base efficiently.
