Job Summary
The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction work, coordinating with teams, managing site activities, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and on-site leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed as per project plans and specifications.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure construction materials and workmanship meet industry standards and safety regulations.

Surveying & Layout: Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and site layouts using Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying tools.

Coordination with Teams: Work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.

Material Management: Monitor and manage materials, labor, and equipment usage to avoid wastage and delays.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain daily work logs, prepare reports, and update management on project status.
