Job Description
- Answering calls and handling queries.
- Preparing correspondence on boss's behalf.
- Organizing meetings.
- Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
- Attending meetings on boss's behalf.
- Writing minutes, taking dictation.
- Planning, organizing and managing events.
- Managing a budget.
- Attending events/meetings as boss's representative.
- Preparing presentations, preparing papers for meetings.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Responsibilities may also include:
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job application.
- Processing incoming mail.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
REQUIRED FEMALE CANDIDATE

A mature Female candidate (age between 30 to 35 ) , Asst. manager ,P A, PRO . for Event Management Company Nagpur With Fluent English ,Basic computer knowledge.
Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately.
