Job Description
Research Associate (Agriculture) recruitment in Indian Council of Agricultural Research- National Agricultural Science Fund (NASF)
Eligibility: 1. With Doctoral Degree: Ph.D. degree in any discipline of Agriculture/Animal Science/Fisheries/Agriculture Engineering and allied fields. OR
2. With Master’s Degree : Master’s degree in Agriculture/Animal Science/Fisheries/Agriculture Engineering and allied fields with 4 years/ 5 years of bachelor’s Degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least 2 years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagements .
Desirable : Experience in Computer Applications for office & scientific purposes like MS Office, database applications, use of Internet and statistical software. Experience in working in public research funding agencies. Experience in preparation of project reports and other documents, SOEs, UCs, Project Support, ITMU of ICAR Institutes, Commercialization in ICAR Institutes, and Assistance to Institute in administration /financial aspects.

Emoluments : Consolidated Rs. 40,000/- per month for Ph.D. holder and Rs. 38,000/- per month for Master degree holders.
Age Limit : Maximum 40 years for men and 45 years for women as on 15.05.2017
