Research Fellow/Project Technician /Field Lab Attendant/Project Technician job recruitment in National
Institute Malaria Research on
contract basis.
Project- I) “Quality Assurance of Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Tests (Ph.III)”
Sl. No. 1 Research Fellow /1 Post
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. (Life Sciences).
Age: up to 30 yrs
Candidate would be responsible for laboratory work related to malaria diagnostics laboratory.
Pay Scale: Rs.23,400
Project - II “Comprehensive Case Management of Malaria”
Sl. No 2: Project Technician-III /1 Post
Essential Qualification: 12th Pass in science subjects and 2 years diploma in DMLT or One year DMLT with one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field / laboratory experience *B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years experience.
Age: up to 30 yrs.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18000
Sl. No 3: Field Lab Attendant /1 Post
Essential Qualifications: Matriculation/high school or equivalent from a recognized board.
Age: up to 25 yrs
Pay Scale :Rs. 15,800
Project III) “A multi-centre, open-label randomized trial to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of Triple Artemisinin-based Combination Therapies (TACTs) compared to Artemisinin-based Combination Therapies (ACTs) in uncomplicated falciparum malaria and to map the geographical spread of artemisinin and partner drug resistance” TRAC-II
Sl. No 4: Project Technician-III /1 Post
Essential Qualification: 12th Pass in science subjects and 2 years diploma in DMLT or One year DMLT with one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field / laboratory experience *B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years experience.
Age: up to 30 yrs.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18000
Sl. No 5: Data Entry Operator (Grade B) /1 Post
Essential Qualification: Intermediate or 12th pass in science stream with DOEACC ‘A’ level from recognized Institution and/ or 2 years experience in EDP work in Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer. Desirable: Experience in Scientific data handling. The candidate must be well versed with MS Excel & MS Power-point.
