Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and confirm reservations made via phone, email, and online platforms.

Provide accurate information about availability, rates, and booking policies.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Update and maintain reservation systems to ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure reservation details are communicated clearly.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist customers with modifications and cancellations of reservations.

Generate and distribute reports related to reservations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using reservation management software and MS Office.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
