About hiring company: A reputed restaurant in Kerala was founded with the sole aim of providing a best-in-class bakehouse experience. These master bakers create a wide range of authentic artisanal breads, delectable pastries, cakes, confectionaries, and the choicest variety of sweet and savory quick breads, using traditional recipes from Europe, Asia, and the Far East.

Now they need staff in Kerala restaurants.

Post: Restaurant Captain.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests when they enter

Thanking guests and conveying gratitude while they are exiting

Explaining different menu items and offering recommendations

Answering any questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu

Serving food and beverages to guests, if required

Presenting the final bill to guests for payment

Timing different dishes effectively to maximise the dining experience

Addressing any guests complaints or requests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rupees. 20k to Rupees. 22k per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education: Diploma (Preferred)

Experience: Total work: 5 years (Preferred)

Team management: 5 years (Preferred)

Guest relations: 5 years (Preferred)

Guest services: 5 years (Preferred)

Complaint handling: 3 years (Preferred)

Language: English (Preferred)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Preferred)

Work Location: In person.
