Job Description

1. Greeting Guests:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the establishment.

- Ensure a friendly and professional Environment for Guests

2. Managing Guest Experiences:

- Proactively ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay.

- Identify and address any needs or requests promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

3. Handling Complaints:

- Actively listen to guest feedback and address complaints or concerns with empathy and urgency.

- Work to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction and maintain a positive guest experience.

4. Assisting Guests in Activities:

- Provide guidance and assistance to guests in participating in games, attractions, or other activities.

- Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable time with the activities offered.

5. Managing Billing Counter:

- Handle financial transactions related to the sale of game cards or other items at the billing counter.

- Process payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

6. Ensuring Standardized Operations:

- Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure the standardized operation of the center.

- Adhere to established procedures to contribute to the efficient and consistent operation of the establishment.

7. Building Guest Relationships:

- Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

- Collect feedback to understand guest preferences and contribute to improving services.

8. Communication and Coordination:

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
