Job Description
- Staff management together with the Assistant Restaurant Managers for all restaurants on board
- Ensuring specified standards in the restaurants (smooth service processes, cleanliness of all work materials, etc.)
- Control of inventories / warehouse orders
- Cost Management and Revenue Overview
- Conducting specialist training for employees
- Guest contact
- Preparation of events
- Contract duration of the assignment: 4-5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
