Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Retail Sales Person to join our team at Dogma Soft Limited. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and the ability to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets in retail stores

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Salary
- Minimum: ₹7,000 per month
- Maximum: ₹25,000 per month (target-based)
Important Note: This is a target-based job. Salary will only be paid upon meeting targets. Failure to meet targets will result in no salary.
