Job Description
- Should guide store visitors and sell the products.
- Responsible for all stores functions.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining all store records.
- Preparation of stocks statements.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
- Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
- Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.
Required Skills:
- Should have computer Knowledge
- Good listening, presentation and decision making skills
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
-
Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.

Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Store Operations & Inventory Management
-
Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the store.
-
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory checks.
-
Coordinate with the warehouse team for product restocking.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
-
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
-
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
-
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Billing & Transactions
-
Process cash, credit, and online transactions securely.
-
Maintain billing accuracy and issue receipts.
Promotions & Marketing
-
Assist in store promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales.

Support in visual merchandising and store branding efforts.
