Job Description
- Greet customers entering the store and assist them with their purchases.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid selling skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the jewellery industry.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, sales targets, and forecasts.
