Duties:

1. Opening and Closing of store as per the time.

2. Maintaining Cleanliness and upkeep of store and products display.

3. Attending customer and their query.

4. Achieve Maximum sales conversions.

5. Receiving of new stocks and showcase in display.

6. Arranging home deliveries of products for customer orders.

Anyone with experience in retail counter business. Experience of Nutritional supplements would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information

Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers

Recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented

Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement

Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals
