Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:

Greet and assist customers in selecting products.

Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue.
Store Operations & Inventory Management:

Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and replenishments.

Keep track of fast-moving products and suggest restocking strategies.
Billing & Cash Handling:

Process sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Maintain proper billing records and issue receipts.
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:

Ensure store cleanliness and proper product placement.

Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal arrangements.

Follow store policies on pricing, discounts, and returns.
