Job Description

To assist in operations, checking stocks and arranging them in shelves, delivering the goods, maintaining a clean space and managing inventory. To build a good customer rapport and ensure followups. To enter purchase entries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Inventory Management

Assist in day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Check stock levels, receive deliveries, and arrange products on shelves.
Keep track of low-stock items and coordinate for restocking.

2. Customer Service & Sales Support

Build good rapport with customers and assist them with purchases.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a great shopping experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

3. Purchase Entry & Billing

Maintain accurate records of purchases and stock movement.
Enter purchase details in the system and manage invoices.
Assist in billing and payment processing when needed.

4. Cleanliness & Store Maintenance

Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-presented.
Follow safety and hygiene standards while handling products.
Monitor store security and report any issues to management.
