Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store in Chennai
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all shoppers
Manage and motivate a team of retail staff
Monitor and maintain stock levels, including ordering and receiving inventory
Implement strategies to increase store sales and meet targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure store efficiency and cleanliness
Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition
Responsible for shrinkage control and managing optimum stock level for the store
