Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery and Transportation

Deliver goods, food, or packages to customers at specified locations within the agreed-upon time frame.
Pick up and drop off items from various locations, ensuring proper documentation is completed for each transaction.
Follow the designated route or use navigation tools for the fastest and safest delivery.
Ensure all items are handled with care and are delivered in good condition.

2. Customer Interaction

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
Confirm delivery details with the customer before completing the delivery.
Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and report any issues to the management team.

3. Vehicle Maintenance and Safety

Ensure that the vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) is in good working condition, clean, and well-maintained.
Perform regular checks on the vehicle’s fuel, tires, brakes, and other important functions to ensure safety during deliveries.
Follow traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
Ensure the proper storage and securing of packages or goods to prevent damage during transportation.

4. Time Management

Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
Meet the required delivery time frames and ensure packages are delivered on time.
Maintain a reliable schedule and handle multiple deliveries when necessary.

5. Documentation and Reporting

Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and document the condition of items before and after delivery.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays in deliveries to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Use mobile apps or GPS devices to track delivery progress and customer communications.

6. Additional Duties

Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Participate in any required training programs or team meetings.
