Needed 4-7 Years of Experiences

Preferred - RMC Sales

1. Business development in the defined area.

2. New Customer acquisition and market analysis

3. Identifying opportunities in the existing customer base for improving business potential

4. Relationship management with customers

5. Delivery of revenue targets

6. Payment collection on time

7. Managing customer service and related issues

8. Negotiation skills

9. Understanding of account statements, reconciliation process etc.

10. Having minimum of 4 years’ experience in RMC sales

11. Preparing MIS and sending to management on weekly basis

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and drive sales growth in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the RMC market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure companies.
  • Promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) products to new and existing clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, project managers, and procurement teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on the right mix of concrete for different projects.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and address customer concerns.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential market expansions.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.

5. Field Work & Travel

  • Visit construction sites, client offices, and infrastructure projects to promote products.
  • Be flexible to travel within the assigned sales territory.
