Job Description

Requirements:

Basic Plumbing: Knowledge of plumbing to handle installations and repairs.

Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical circuits and components in purifiers.

Mechanics: Ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot mechanical parts.

Ability to identify issues, such as leaks, clogging, or malfunctioning components.

Familiarity with various purifier models for efficient troubleshooting.

Clear communication to explain issues and solutions to customers.

Friendly and patient attitude for effective customer interaction.

Ensuring thorough inspection and maintenance to avoid recurring issues.

Following safety procedures and adhering to company standards for quality service.

Punctuality and efficiency in completing jobs on time.

Maintaining records of service details for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Maintenance

Install RO water purification systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of filters, membranes, and pumps.
Ensure the system functions efficiently and meets water quality standards.

2. Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose and fix issues like leakages, low water flow, and filter malfunctions.
Replace faulty components, including filters, membranes, motors, and pipes.
Conduct water quality tests and adjust the system for optimal performance.

3. Customer Service & Support

Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and water quality.
Respond to service requests promptly and resolve customer complaints.
Provide after-sales support and guidance on warranty claims.

4. Inventory & Reporting

Maintain records of service history, repairs, and spare parts usage.
Report technical issues to the supervisor and recommend necessary improvements.
Ensure proper documentation for billing and warranty purposes.
