Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with RS Logix and FT View SE

2. Familiar with Rockwell software and Allen Bradley hardware.

3. Conduct application installation, configuration, and testing.

4. Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

5. Initially diagnose and get appropriate teams involved in the resolution (problem escalation & routing).

6. Deliver effective and timely communications regarding technical operational issues/problems, requests, and projects.

7. Work within operational excellence procedures.

8. Perform specific application analysis and/or re-engineering.

9. Develop technical documentation (validation plan IQ, OQ and PQ as per 21 CFR party 11 compliance.

10. Work with customers, other technical personnel, 3rd Party software vendors to test and resolve application related issues, new development, or expansion.

11. Responsible for day-to-day tactical management of application related troubleshooting.

12. Support application expansion efforts (new acquisitions and/or mergers).

13. Support application implementation programs (patches, releases, enhancements, new development, etc.).
