Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and hotel areas.
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
- Clean public areas, like corridors
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Help guests retrieve lost items
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel security guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Dispose of trash and maintain hygienic conditions in all assigned areas.
- Report any damaged items, maintenance issues, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
