Independently execute the project (low level design, development, testing, deployment) with minimal help from Tech Lead
Provide technical assistance and implementation for interfacing with 3rd party APIs
Evaluate and add open source components based on project needs
Mentor and assist other developers
Participate in code and design reviews

Experience:

Min 2 yrs in Rails
Should have completed 2 or more apps in Rails 2.2 or higher
Rails 2.x

Mandatory Skills:

AGILE Methodology
Jquery, AJAX, MYSQL 5.x.
Experience with SVN or Git

Nice to have skills:

TDD, deployment
Rails 3.X
Rails specific server administration
Contribution to community in form of gems, plugins or technical articles/publications
