Experience:
- Minimum 6 months in Sales (BPO/Sales/Collections preferred)
- Salary: 2.50 LPA - 4.00 LPA + Incentives (Up to &1.00L per annum)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and engage with potential customers, building rapport and understanding their needs.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services based on their preferences and needs.

Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Sales & Upselling:

Actively promote products or services to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products to maximize the customer’s purchase value.

Close sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with their purchase decision.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of the product.

Answer any technical or product-related questions to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Customer Service & Support:

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and address any concerns or feedback.

Sales Documentation:

Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system or sales database.

Process sales orders and update customer profiles, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Track personal sales performance and work towards continuous improvement.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position products and services.

Gather feedback from customers to identify potential areas of improvement and share insights with the team or management.

Team Collaboration:

Inventory & Stock Management:

Assist in inventory management by keeping track of product stock levels and ensuring popular products are readily available.

Report any inventory shortages or stock discrepancies to the management team.
