Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION: IZiel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role will involve collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and engage with clients in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen understanding of the service sector marketing .

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and qualification.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide information on our services.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain an organized database of marketing materials and client information.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Upto 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
