Job Overview:

Sidigiqor Technologies is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Executive with a focus on Email Marketing to join our team. This role is vital for expanding our client base in the IT, ITFMS, and IT AMC Services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, email marketing strategies, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns for IT, ITFMS, and IT AMC services to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Growth: Identify and connect with potential clients, nurturing leads through effective email marketing strategies and closing deals to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored service packages and upsell relevant solutions.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape; develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Messaging: Collaborate with the content team to design email templates, create effective subject lines, and write compelling content that aligns with company messaging and branding.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns using KPIs; make data-driven decisions to improve engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, support, and management teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer service standards.
Eligibility and Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and email marketing, preferably within IT or service-oriented industries. Previous experience with IT Facility Management Services (ITFMS) or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CRM systems, and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with basic HTML for email customization is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
