Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Gather insights on potential customer needs and market gaps.

Analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
-
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.

Maintain and update a database of prospective and current customers.

Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase company products or services.
3. Sales Execution

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer requirements.

Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
4. Marketing Strategy Implementation

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).

Support in content creation for brochures, emails, social media, and promotional material.

Help manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Participate in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and channel partners.

Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.

Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product offerings.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Update CRM systems or Excel sheets to track progress and follow-ups.
7. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams including product, operations, and customer service for smooth sales execution.

Share market insights and customer feedback with marketing and product development teams.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business development.
