Job Profile: Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Functions India, a leading home automation business. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting innovative smart home solutions to enhance lifestyles and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales
Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Present and demonstrate home automation products and solutions to clients effectively.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Marketing
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the latest home automation technologies and solutions.

Educate clients on the benefits and functionalities of various products.

Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home automation or technology sector.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical clients.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
