Job Description

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and provide clients with property details.
Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of sales progress and client interactions.

Qualifications

Education: Undergraduate degree (any field); B.Com, MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools is a plus.
Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
