Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Pune , Mumbai , Bangalore
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic MBA fresher to join our Sales and Marketing team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will assist in the development and execution of strategies to promote our products and services, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility. This is an excellent opportunity for recent MBA graduates with a passion for marketing and sales to grow their careers in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying new sales leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate contact details.
- Support the sales team in executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Help design and implement marketing campaigns for products and services.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and referrals.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and potential clients, leading them through the sales funnel.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in identifying target customer segments and market positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in customer feedback collection and work on solutions for improvement.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales and marketing performance.
- Provide regular reports on campaign results, sales activities, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Freshers with a strong academic background).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
