Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern
Location: Mumbai
With a strong presence in the B2B segment, we are growing rapidly and are on the lookout for high-growth individuals to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Sales and Marketing Intern to help expand our reach in the school industry. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, take on challenges, and grow into a leadership position. The primary focus will be to aggressively close deals with schools and contribute to the company’s growth, while also being involved in the creative side by assisting in campaign ideation, execution, and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
● Actively engage with schools to promote Finguard's door safety products.
● Make 30-50 targeted calls daily using data provided by the company.
● Travel within Mumbai as needed to meet potential clients and close deals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.
● Assist in creating marketing campaigns every week, contributing to the ideation andexecution process using tools like Canva.
● Support branding initiatives to increase Finguard's visibility and reputation in the market.
● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
What We Offer:
➔ Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
➔ Performance Incentives: ₹15,000–₹40,000 based on deals closed.
➔ Flexible working hours (5 days a week).
➔ Real-world sales and marketing experience in the B2B sector.
➔ Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
➔ High-performing individuals may be promoted to a Managerial Role after 3 months.
