Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Lead. In this pivotal role, you will drive the growth of our Sales and Marketing departments, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business initiatives and expand our client base in the software solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client acquisition efforts by identifying and approaching potential clients for customized software solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to IT services.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and refine client targeting approaches.
Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to shape marketing collateral, optimize sales processes, and maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline, contributing to long-term business growth.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDBM degree with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT client handling, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in IT client acquisition, strategic sales, and marketing campaign management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
