Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be adept at using CRM tools, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a solid understanding of marketing strategies. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
Manage and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Use CRM tools to track sales leads, customer interactions, and manage accounts.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop approaches to target potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Drive promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost brand awareness.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM tools (specify any specific tool if required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and sales principles.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
