The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. This role involves a blend of sales activities and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Key duties include market research, campaign management, sales coordination, and customer relationship management. The Sales and Marketing Officer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
Preparing budget and time constraints.
Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
Handling complaints of the clients.
Negotiating the deals with the clients.
Taking feedbacks from the clients.
Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Working in collaboration with the Media department.
Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
