Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Retrospective Industries Private Limited in Solapur. The specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, Marketing in Pune region and managing sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals

Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns

Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
