Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Executive to join our team and support our sales and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies.
Operations Support:
- Coordinate and schedule remote navigation audits with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and audit schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and operational documents.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage content calendars.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
