Sales and Reservation Officer Job Responsibilities:
- Handling all inquiries from our agents as assigned (incl. quotations, packages, travel information …… etc.)
- Costing management include negotiated with vendors for the good prices
- Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.
- Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers …….etc.
- Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train tickets … etc.
- Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company’s services.
- Accountable for high volume replying email & phone calls
- Follow-up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment….etc.)
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
