Job Description
We are currently looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Assistant to join our team and help drive our success.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle both inbound and outbound calls to customers, addressing their queries and providing information about our products, offers, and services.
- Customer Support: Follow communication scripts while addressing different customer inquiries. Identify their needs, clarify details, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Upselling Opportunities: Recognize potential upselling opportunities and proactively offer additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile to engage and provide superior service.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM database in a clear and organized manner.
- Continual Learning: Participate in educational seminars and training sessions to improve knowledge and enhance performance.
- Meeting Targets: Strive to meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers over the phone.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly assess situations, resolve issues, and offer viable solutions during customer calls.
- High Energy & Enthusiasm: A positive and energetic attitude with a drive to provide excellent customer service.
- Sales & Marketing Experience: Prior marketing experience or exposure to sales is preferred.
- Zoho CRM Experience: Familiarity with using Zoho CRM to log customer interactions and manage client data.
- Healthcare Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience within the healthcare sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
